1. Financial and and Human Resources Related Software Projects

If you are planning the purchase and implementation of new software

please call the office of Business Systems at x6114 or E-mail webberdb@appstate.edu and we will help you understand the resources that are available to assist you with your project.

a.  Third Party Software Evaluation

•   Explanation of the process of evaluation and integration of new software projects

b.  Confidentiality Statement

•   Outside vendors requesting access to University computer systems or

             financial or personnel data are required to sign this form and file it with the office

          of Internal Audits.

c.   Accounting System Change Notification

•   If your new software creates data that will be entered into the Banner

            financial or human resources systems the documentation available at this link

            must be submitted to and approved by the Office of the State Controller.
